Terms of Service

1. The Agreement is formed when the user agrees to the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy, completes account registration, and the Company accepts the application.
2. The Company may refuse or condition acceptance where the applicant does not meet eligibility requirements, provides false information, or where acceptance would breach applicable law.

1. One Account is permitted per person. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, transferred, or sold.
2. The user must keep registration information accurate and up to date, and must promptly update changes (for example, email address or phone number) in the app.
3. The user is responsible for safeguarding login credentials, the passcode, and verification codes. The user must notify the Company immediately of any suspected unauthorized access.

1. Agreement to the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy is required to use the Service.
2. Consent to receive marketing communications and consent to personalized advertising are optional. The user may give or withdraw these consents at any time in the app, and refusal does not restrict use of the Service.

1. The Company provides the Service as described in the Terms of Service, in principle 24 hours a day, year round.
2. The Company may temporarily suspend all or part of the Service for maintenance, system upgrades, or other operational reasons, with prior notice where practicable.

Changes to this Agreement follow the amendment procedure set out in the Terms of Service.

1. The user may terminate the Agreement at any time by deactivating the Account in the app, after withdrawing Digital Assets held in the Service.
2. The Company may terminate the Agreement on the grounds and by the procedure set out in the Terms of Service.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. In case of conflict between this Agreement and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service prevail unless this Agreement expressly provides otherwise.
